GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-bigp_br: Had * products to send in. I received * shipping label in the mail. I assumed it was for my items because there was no specification. My PlayStation * was to be fixed. It was sent to destruction instead. I lost all my pictures and game data. Come to find out they sent a second label to an email I don't evenuse and even specified so. The agent who eexplained why to me was really nice. However, now I'm looking to get another ps* and you ******** are out of them. I want my freaking PlayStation not a refurbished one. Can't even get a new one like mine. I'm highly pissed. They also sent my refund for my other item in the same email that I definitely said I do not use. So since October *th I've received absolutely nothing. I'm highly upset and am thinking of a lawyer. I shouldn't have had to lose all my pictures I cannot get back and who the **** sends one label by mail and another by email?
