~caz: I am still waiting to hear back. I have a cracked screen, which is covered by the extra coverage plan. Not the manufacturer's warranty. I keep getting shuffled back to "Good news! YOu can submit a manufacturer's claim!"*No. I can't. And I can't get a real human on the phone. SO annoying. I've been trying for over an hour now.
