~ANONYMOUS: was put on hold multiple times and rerouted back to menu. Finally, was told that they will not REPLACE my cracked tablet but will offer reimbursement on gift card. I stated that I wanted a REPLACEMENT as that is the policy I purchased and was again told, too bad only a reimbursement is available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! FRAUDS!
