~Sandra: Sent our LCD TV in for repair under Walmart product Care warranty in December **** via UPS during the Christmas rush. In early January ****, it came back unrepaired with a badly damaged screen. We contacted New ( the warranty company) about this and they told us that we had to file a claim with UPS. UPS would not accept the claim since we were not the initiator of the shipping label. We contacted New about this and after at * hours of being switched around from one agent to another, a man named Rick said that he would not file the claim with UPS and would not honor the warranty. We spent alot of time on this and now have only a broken TV to show for it. We DID NOT send the TV in with a broken screen. We have shopped at Walmart for many years and expected much more than the way we were treated. DO NOT PURCHASE WALMART PRODUCT CARE PLAN!
