I CHANGES TO BURNERS WITH WEBER PART ****** PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM A WEBER REPRESENTATIVE BY CALLING *-***-***-****. THIS DIDN'T HELP AND AFTER CALLING THE WEBER CUSTOMERS SERVICE NUMBER AGAIN AND ASKING FOR HELP THE WEBER REPRESENTATIVE MADE A COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONS*WHICH I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I STILL HAVE A WEBER GRILL THAT STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY PROPERLY.
