GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Weber customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tricky rick: Short wait time, good communication, however, the rep (s)refused to accept the fact the grill regulator was the issue. Called two separate times and explained my problem. The first rep had me send in a picture of the interior of the LP tank. Stated it was the tank not the regulator. A few days later I replaced the tank and sure enough the same leak was present. Called again and instead of the customer service rep acknowledging the regulator was the issue he again stated it was the tank. I've been using a gas grill for *** years and never had a tank issue, however, with this grill it was consecutive brand new tank issues. I just said **** on weber customer service and contacted the lowes store who replaced it with no issues. Absolute horrific problem solving by weber service. Terrible
