~Dan Karmon: Abysmal ** min wait (******). Reached Sales instead of Customer Service (do not know how). I was calling regarding my recent purchase, the lady was impatient and rude. She blamed the Customer Service person who sold me the product for giving me the wrong information. She finally, clearly annoyed, pacified me with an offer which I accepted. I have been a customer since ****. Believe it or not, it used to be a nice company. Time to rethink.
