~Dan fron Bellevue: I called the customer service number *-***-***-**** and got right thru. The purpose of my call was to cancel my service and obtain a refund of the automatic renewal fee that was charged to my credit card. Their rep was very pleasant and efficient. I have no complaint about the webfoot software. It has been great and this call was a good experience.
