~Can't wait to leave Wellcare: I was told when initiating service with wellcare that I would have a $* copay for tier one and tier two medications since I am paying over $**.** per month for my coverage. (Keep in mind they went up $**.** per month from **** to **** coverage.) All of my meds were on tier one and tier two and none of my medications have changed...BUT wellcare changed their list of meds on tier one and two with a $* copay to tier one $* copay and tier two $** copay (for ** day supply) or $* if you are getting only a ** day supply. We are told facts when we sign up with them that they change after obtaining your business, yet we can't change from them until a year passes for open enrollment to roll around again. I am on a fixed budget and can hardly pay for the monthly $** premium and now find that they have changed three of my meds to a level that I must also pay $** each for them! Also, you can never get anyone in customer service to speak with that can actually speak ENGLISH! They are always som
