GetHuman-275973: I have a zero interst with wells fargo threw city furniture for two years,almost done but paid one day early on billing date, they charged me a late fee for being early cause they said i paid on princial, so my date was the *th paid it the *rd then i did another two payments cause they claim i was late plus they charged me ** dollars for paying by phone.Next month comes i pay it the *nd I'm late again cause they changed the date to the *st. So over all very disapointed nobody worked with me to fix it, just have to **** it up, They have lost a very good costumer never been late for *yrs one time pay early and and it cost me one extra payment two late fees and a ten dollard fee for paying my bill by phone zero intress yeah right.
