GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's West Elm customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-notmycr: BEWARE! I have been waiting for * media console for * MONTHS!!! They canceled the *st order for this pc. then re-order it. Why? I have no idea, other then their own incompetence. The *st order - they charged me *x*refund *x completely missed that for * mo.. I have been a given a total of * delivery dates. On hold for *** minutes, currently to see if I am about to get a *th NEW delivery date. I completely forgot about an order (preciously) for * nightstands in which * arrived unboxed and lightly wrapped, which we had to return as it was scratched up on the top. It appears that they ship out 'seconds' to folks they hope might consider it a hassle to replace. IF I EVER get this media console...it will be the LAST TIME I order form WE and their other companies. I have NEVER had poor workmanship, customer service, and lack of communication from ANY OTHER like vendor.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-notmycr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about West Elm's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-notmycr: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-notmycr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for West Elm to know who you are.
