GetHuman-11717: I had been waiting * weeks to get a microwave exchanged after their repair tech came out and said it was defective and he reported to them. * calls into customer service, all promising to have someone call back in one week, ** hours, * hours, etc.. No one ever called back until I called into executive office, now, supposedly to get an exchange (another two weeks). They have * more days to deliver by promised date, not much confidence I'll have it after this debacle. Over * weeks to get a simple microwave replaced, imagine if I had to be waiting on a refrigerator. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ridiculous!!!!
