~fannie plain: I purchased a whirlpool french door refrigerator in **** and now it has started to leak water from underneath the french door. Whirlpool sent a techinican to explain that I needed to unplug the refrigerator for a few minutes and this would resolve the ice accumulation in the french door freezer. This did not resolve the problem. I have always used whirlpool and I thought it was one of the most reliable refrigeration systems, but now I have second thoughts about ever purchasing another whirlpool anything. I have had friends to say that they will never purchase another item that is whirlpool. It has been a tru disappointment. They also claim it will be two weeks before they can send another tech to assist me with the problem. I would like to have a new system installed or a return of my money so that I can purchase a system that is more reliable. Thank you. Sincerely, Fannie Plain
