~al: It has been over ** days since my new Whirlpool side by side Gold designer counter depth refrigerator started beeping and stopped cooling. I lost lots of food in the freezer and fridge that went bad. I have sent email to customer service, customer experience, and all the executives. I have heard nothing. I gave Whirlpool my name, phone, email, address and have still heard nothing. Whirlpool ads on tv about their quality are very deceptive. Worse customer service ever. Called appliance repairmen, all say the Whirlpool parts are never available. They said to throw the new refrigerator away and buy another brand, not whirlpool.**Does anyone have any direct phone numbers to Whirlpool and who I can contact at Whirlpool? A real name and real person?
