~daba9: The worst customer service possible. I have a new freezer. Since day one it gave me problems. I told the technician when he came out that whenever you start with a problem in the beginning. You always have a problem. Since then I have not been able to use the freezer. * times I refilled the freezer and then dumped out the things. It is still not working and this is from December. I requested a new one and they tell me the warranty is only to repair it. Forget that my warranty has disappeared I still don't have a freezer. There is no one to talk too. It is always at this time we cannot give you a new freezer. When the technician will say it is not repairable then they will put in for a request. The technician said it looks bad for them if they have recalls. It costs them pennies for these pieces of junk they get from China and then charge the customer $***.** for it. If you need to buy a whirlpool it is better to overpay and purchase from a store who has their own warranty and they will
