~ko: Whirlpool's customer service needs to be better managed. I called for service the person I spoke to set me up with an all day appointment for the next day. I took off work and waited for service to show up to work on my gas oven that it is not turning on just letting gas leak. I called to ask how come they haven't come yet. I got a representative who couldn't find my account or pronounce my name after clarifying it over * times. She then proceeds to tell me they called yesterday to verify the appointment and that a "man" said I don't know and that he would call back. Since this man never called back my appointment was never made. I checked my call log and told them nobody called yesterday and everyone in my family knew about the appointment so no one would say "I don't know". After I said this to the representative she continues to repeat the same excuse she just told me on why no one came out. I heard you the first time repeating it isn't going to fix the problem. ~ko: For that I would say five out of five.
