GetHuman: Did you reach out to Whole Foods, and if so, how?
~Anonymous: I used the 855-368-5361 number I found for on the GetHuman Whole Foods customer phone number page I was on: Whole Foods Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Whole Foods customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Whole Foods customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: You can call this number until the cows come home and you will never, ever reach a live person. Only a recording asking you to leave your number and someone will call you back. THEY NEVER DO!!! Left my number * times, no call back. I paid $** for a gift card and now, the automated system to check the balance is telling me it has no money on it! Turned to this number for help, but they refuse to return calls. This system STINKS! Especially coming from a company that charges $** for ** oz of coffee and $* for a loaf of bread!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Whole Foods. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Whole Foods problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Whole Foods's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Whole Foods customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Whole Foods to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Anonymous taken from his Whole Foods customer service problem that occurred on November 18th, 2017.
