~msh: I have tried * different customer service numbers for them so far, two just ring and two are always a busy signal. Worst customer service ever, you can not even email them horrible.

~msh: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~msh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wizz Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~msh: For that I would say five out of five.
