~Upset Twitter User: I called the phone number ***-***-**** and a recorded msg said to press * for customer service. I pressed * and the recorded msg said, sorry, we don't have live customer support by phone. Good grief! What does a reasonable person need to obtain basic customer service?! :( Well then the voice continues, the only way is to reach us by email. The voice *does not* bother to mention this email address but says you can find it at the Twitter help pages :( Good basic customer service would have given out the email address to save me the step of having to look for it online *especially* since they were not able to help at this phone number that I bothered to look for (found it on the web* not listed on Twitter-anywhere) and bothered to call :(
