GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-unnamedm: you guys have got to be the worst possible people to get help from. I thought google and facebook were bad but my god, you just allow people to hack accounts freely and offer no support whatsoever. It is rediculous. My name is gone forever now cause who knows what they have changed it to now and despite my any attempts, recorded, posted, emailed, ect. There is NOTHING you will ******* do to help me, because i didn't pay the * dollars in time.**I don't know why I care, the site is nothing but spam and advertizements, but you have my credit card information, and will be hearing from lifelock soon enough. I hope I can be a good example as to why this site and all social media sites should be shut the **** down, as it doesn't need a live suicide so much as an identity theft, cause who knows who is commiting suicide if you don't even know who is using the person's account. **You don't know anything. You can't help anyone. You are useleless. suicide suicde suicde. should hopefully get some attention.

GetHuman-unnamedm: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-unnamedm: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-unnamedm: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
