GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-roesnyd: To whom it may concern:*I have been tweeting for years. I do not get paid to tweet. I mostly tweet for non for profits, or companies or people who give back to make the world a better place or to pass along some funny or informative info. For two weeks I have been getting locked out of twitter. I have filled out countless "reports" told multiple reasons why it happened and eventually, I'll receive an apology and then I am able to get back in. After a short period of time, I find myself locked out again. I then report it again and then...told my case is closed. I am forced to go through entire frustrating process again and again*Suggestions are always made, like change password, log out (btw..I am unable to log out?) Ive changed my password so many times, Ive lost count. My biggest problem is reaching someone who is able to help. Your Facebook accounts are either old or I am ignored. (some Facebook pages will not even allow me to leave a comment...I get the same message as the one I receive when I try to get into twitter) Your phone number is only an automated voice telling me to file a report. I have been going round in circles for * weeks. Today I looked up CEO of twitter*found him on a Facebook page and could not leave a comment*so I googled Board Of Directors and found myself here. My twitter name is @goroe My phone number is ***-***-**** My phone app is connected to *****@***.com and my mac computer is connected to *****@***.com I have no idea why * of my e mail addresses have been used.*Respectfully yours, Rosemary Durkin Snyder I realize all of you are too busy to handle this, however, please pass this message along to someone who can! GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-roesnyd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-roesnyd: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other X customers?
GetHuman-roesnyd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for X to know who you are.
