GetHuman-195159: There is no option to speak to an actual person. All of the "support" emails that they send are not helpful for my specific case and no one will reach out to help you. I have left voice messages on their HR voice mail and will continue to do so until they can provide customer service.

GetHuman-195159: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-195159: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about X's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-195159: For that I would say four out of five.
