~Xoom and ACN liars : Xoom is a scam - I was assured there would always be ease of canceling with no fees by ACN rep!!!!!!!!!!! Plus I was told the rate would be the same or less than the competition and it was for * months then it doubles in December and tripled in January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
