~SuperBeing: On a card it told me that my parcel was round the back in an unspecified "safe place" and online it said that it had been delivered to a flat that has been empty for the past * months. I called and waited about * minutes and the advisor said it would be escalated to the investigations department. We'll see if they actually solve the problem!
