GetHuman-170334: Text to say parcel due for delivery. Didnt arrive and parcel lost in transit . Finally got thru to customer service. They give you * options to choose from. Press * (not an option given)and it takes you to a real person who was actually quite helpful . Still awaiting news of whereabouts of parcel tho
