~cosmo jones: I rented * movie and bought another. Skyline, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Neither would play although the trailers worked fine. I was instructed to download Adobe flash and since then absolutely nothing will play on you tube. I keep getting a message saying Adobe has crashed and each time I reload it just re crashes.

GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cosmo jones: For that I would say three out of five.
