~cosmo jones: I rented * movie and bought another. Skyline, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Neither would play although the trailers worked fine. I was instructed to download Adobe flash and since then absolutely nothing will play on you tube. I keep getting a message saying Adobe has crashed and each time I reload it just re crashes.

~cosmo jones: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cosmo jones: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cosmo jones: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other YouTube customers?
~cosmo jones: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
