~Don'tTrustYugster: Don't trust these guys. They take your money and don't ship the item. When you complian they keep you tied up with promises to keep you from filing a dispute with a *rd party (like PayPal) and then "claim" everything was resolved. A rip-off!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Yugster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Yugster problem?
~Don'tTrustYugster: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Don'tTrustYugster: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
