~triedbutdidntreach: Horrible service. Had to call four times and hold on average ** minutes before giving up. On the final try, I held for ** minutes after some idiot picked up. He was "unable" to cancel my order(which apparently finished processing just * hour after I placed it but won't ship until a few weeks...)
