~Skyler: So, i normally don't purchase fake credit on games for real money, However... This one time i wanted to have a goof aamount of poker chips for Zynga Poker, After my purchase, my chips were there, I closed my computer and went for dinner, I came back and they were all gone.*No info or notice of anything. Simply they vanished**I contacted the FB Support dashboard, they told me within ** mins, that there was no way to return my credits or my money.*This was very frustrating, i contacted zynga directly. I had one response from them, Stating that they will look into it, and will get back to me within **-** hours.*I waited * days, instead of the *, No chips or $.*I messaged them * times over a week period, Still no reply.**In the end i went through paypal refund.*I escaleted the dispute, giving Zynga ** days to reply.*They never replied, and on the ** day, i got my money back into my bank account.**I read that a fair few ppl have done what i wrote above. They never rarely respond to emails,

~Skyler: For that I would say three out of five.
