~Renogolfer1956: EBay's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were called the latter part of last week telling us a coach was going to call. Well we did get the call, however the coach didn't even have access to our account to be able to answer any of our questions. WOW!!!!!! She told us we would have to call customer service. We told her that we had tried that with no success. We had been put on hold for hours, passed around from department to department and disconnected. We had spent over a week trying to get answers. As I said in a previous blog. We can never talk with anyone in the states. The coach had no answers. She told us to try back at different times of the day. Well we have tried the and still never got anyone in the states. We ask about the defect policies and again NO ANSWERS. These policies are definitely pro buyers. We get a defect if customers cancel orders, if a buyer says it is not as appears we get a defect, if a buyer says they didn't receive it in time we get a defect, if a buyer gives ne

~Renogolfer1956: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Renogolfer1956: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Renogolfer1956: For that I would say five out of five.

~Renogolfer1956: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
