~legalcld2010: All I found out is that it was a "glitch" on their part, which the seller and I already knew. Then I was told to contact the seller and have them send me a paypal invoice, which the seller can't do without having my e-mail address, which e-Bay doesn't allow to happen! Both the seller and I have been trying to get this problem solved for * hrs now and have spoken to both e-Bay and Paypal. It appears that neither know what needs to be done or how it needs to be done to fix the problem. After this, I will really have to think * or * times, or more, before I ever make an e-bay purchase again!

GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~legalcld2010: For that I would say two out of five.

~legalcld2010: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
