GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: Glad to find this number. When main toll-free * called, recorded voice claims there is a "Live Support" choice on the home page, in the upper right area. It isn't there. Thanks to this number I got through immediately and reported missing Live Support link. Helpful CS rep told me how to negotiate through steps to come to the area where you can call them or be called back. You have to narrow down the scenario (Buyer or Seller*type of problem*topic) before you come to that page. However if you are already logged into ebay, they provide a passcode for quicker processing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eBay. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eBay problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
