~dianareviewer: I had to call this number * times before it went through. The first time it was a man voiceover saying that all representatives were currently occupied and to call again and then it hung up on me. The second time I got another voiceover saying it was not a valid number and hung up on me. The third time it went through and I waited for ** minutes even though it said the hold time was approximately * minutes. I had to choose a prompt that did not really serve my issue but it was better than the other options. Turns out the servers were down online and that's why I was experiencing issues, but OMG I hope I NEVER have to call in again.

~dianareviewer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dianareviewer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dianareviewer: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~dianareviewer: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
