~cbgethuman: I needed to call to request turn off of auto-renewal. First time I called ***-****, got loud busy signal. Then gave my phone * for them to call me (it showed ***-****). Never clear to me whether that worked because page kept on cycling through asking me to click again (and again, and again.)*Meanwhile I tried dialing ***-***-**** and call was picked up after first ring.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eHarmony. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eHarmony problem?
~cbgethuman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cbgethuman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cbgethuman: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eHarmony customers?
~cbgethuman: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
