GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eHarmony customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-215248: I was very angry with eHarmony and wanted to reverse their auto-renewal charge that (as per their policy) was charged to my cc ** hrs prior to expiration of my subscription. Wish I'd seen this site sooner - they no longer seem to list their phone number on their website, but only give an email form to submit questions. Their response was quick, and their email listed this number. The woman was very patient, and I had to push, but upon my insistence she did reverse the charge. But, I commend her, and in the end I felt more willing to use them in the future.

GetHuman-215248: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-215248: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-215248: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-215248: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
