GetHuman-aeason2: Because I need to talk with a live person. I want to try this site, but very unhappy that I can
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-aeason2: I have try you free trail and you guys don't let you see anything. I also know that you guys put words into what we say which is not right. And you charge a lot so you should have someone to help at anytime like other sites. You have a lot of bad feed backs, but I want to se for myself. Because you have many members but I know a lot of people that want to try but have a problem, that you don't have live humans to help understand the plans like many free site. Because when you have a sites and on TV you should be able to talk with people from this site at all times. And your free trial is messy and you should change the way you say it's free without seeing anybody. With the free site's you guys would have more people if you have a better customer service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eHarmony. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eHarmony problem?
GetHuman-aeason2: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-aeason2: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-aeason2: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eHarmony customers?
GetHuman-aeason2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
