~BB123: They absolutely lied to me. I had a chat online when I signed up and they guaranteed * months for the price of one. Then today after only * month I was charged ** dollars again and the customer service said they had no record of the chat! Plus they said they cannot refund the money anyway I have to e-mail another department because they have no phone number! You know being disingenuous is not going to keep customers and word of mouth advertising is the most powerful so when I tell all my friends what they did then they will tell others and soon this one lie E-harmony told me will be known by lots of people. Sure they might have got me for ** bucks but if they would have just been honest I might have stayed a customer for a while and they could have earned more money by simply being honest. Not to mention all the people would have heard good things about their company. Oh well, the power will always be the peoples!

~BB123: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~BB123: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BB123: For that I would say three out of five.

~BB123: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
