GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-mailjes: There are so many glitches on the site and app. There's always an excuse why new matches can't be found, or the messaging system is not working. They also do not let you pay month per month, but make you pay for months in advance. It's hard to get customer service, and nothing changes when requests are submitted. I would not recommend this service to serious daters.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eHarmony. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eHarmony problem?
GetHuman-mailjes: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-mailjes: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-mailjes: For that I would say five out of five.
