GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-vickys: terrible site. they are all about money - Christian, hmmm. not only did I try to cancel but there is no option for a week trial, payments have to made for a full six months, no option for monthly. when I called the *** * found eharmony outsources just all other companies, this is disappointing as it makes me realize again it's all about the money to this company, not really about people. shame on you all.

GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-vickys: For that I would say three out of five.
