~welldawg: if you can wait * hours to talk to a technician, the person was knowledgeable and was able to solve my problems. I don't understand how a company that has such poor customer response time can stay in business. If I hadn't already ported my phone number I would have taken my duo back to walmart and cancelled my service. It is up and running now so I am happy now.Based on my experience I would be reluctant to recommend net talk to anyone. Apparently nettalk equipment and routers a history of not working well together. Apparently there are fixes, but expect huge waits for customer service to answer the phone.

~welldawg: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~welldawg: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about netTALK's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~welldawg: For that I would say one out of five.

~welldawg: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for netTALK to know who you are.
