~Active Guitar: It took about * minutes to walk through the menu system and get in the waiting line.*** minutes is not bad to wait for a customer service, I think. I've experienced some worse before...

~Active Guitar: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Active Guitar: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Active Guitar: For that I would say three out of five.

~Active Guitar: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
