GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-angelo_: I BOUGHT AN ITEM AT EBAY......I RETURNED THE ITEM TO THE SELLER WHICH IS WORTH $ *** ALMOST.....THE SELLER ACCEPTS ** DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE BUT WHEN I RETURN THE ITEM THE SELLER SAYS I DID NOT RETURN SOME OF THE ITEM.....BUT I HAVE RETURNED ALL THE ITEM.....THE SELLER GOES ME AROUND AND AROUND AND WHAT THE ITEM THAT I RETURN BACK AGAIN TO ME.....I TOLD HIM I WON'T ACCEPT IT BECAUSE MAYBE THIS TIME HE WILL TELL AGAIN SOMETHING IS MISSING...BUT IN REALITY THERE IS NOTHING MISSING.....I HAVE A GOOD RATING OF ***% I'M A GOOD SELLER AND A GOOD BUYER......I JUST GOT A PROBLEM WITH THIS ONE.....NOW HE DOES NOT ANSWER MY MAILS....BUT I HAVE SAVE ALL THE CONVERSATION AND I DO HAVE PICTURES THAT I HAVE TAKEN BEFORE I SEND THE RETURNED ITEMS.........SEEMS LIKE I'M GOING TO QUIT EBAY BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION WITH NO ONE TO TURN TO OR CALL FOR HELP....ITS OK IF IT IS JUST ** TO *** DOLLARS WORTH OF MONEY BUT THIS GUY DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE.......I EVEN TOLD HIM OK I WILL PAY THE **% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE * SETS WHICH HE TOLD THAT WAS LOST BUT STILL WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND....IMAGINE I PAY SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT LOST....BUT STILL THIS GUY WILL NOT RETURN MY REFUND....I'M A HONEST PERSON I DID NOT LOSE ANY OF THE ITEM HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.......AND I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE LOST ITEM AND THE RESTOCKING FEE BUT TO NO AVAIL....I EVEN BEG HIM TO PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME....I CANNOT DO MIRACLE I DON'T HAVE THE ITEM WHICH HE IS TALKING ABOUT....TO MAKE THE STORY SHORT....I WANTED HIM TO DEDUCT THE * SETS THAT WAS LOST AND ALSO THE RESTOCKING FEE AND I ALSO PAY FOR THE RETURN ****PPING...HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME......OR MAYBE ITS TIME TO STOP SELLING AT EBAY........I WILL JUST SELL SOME OF MY FEW STUFFS AND STOP USING EBAY ANYMORE BECAUSE OF NO COMMUNICATION AND HARD TO FIND TO TALK TO A HUMAN.....HOPE YOU COULD READ MY BUYERS COMMENTS HOW HONEST I AM WITH MY BUYER AND MY ITEM........

GetHuman-angelo_: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-angelo_: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-angelo_: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
