~firstname.lastname@example.org: The girl I spoke with (AJ) was very forceful and direct and didnt answer my questions regarding my account and funds being on hold. She just kept reading me the rules qand when we checked my acct she said I had a "terrible" account. whioch is not the case at all. each problem she pointed out to me was either bogus and *or solved in a rapid and satisfying manner by me. My feedback can attest to that as well as any communication between me and my customer. Your system has good intentions behind it, however it is flawed as it does not take into account a number of very important customer service and communication issues. I would hope someone can review my account and stop this nonsense of holding funds that are legally mine when I have done no wrong.
