~DebFromDallas: Use this number. It works. You'll get to a live person by choosing options to continue without ****a pass code. That person helped me with a buyer's "Not as Described" case. She took notes and forwarded me to a person in the Resolutions area who patiently heard my objections & questions. She read messages, answered my many questions, & helped me with a real time response to the claim. Both EBay people were better than I could have hoped, especially given EBay's reputation for favoring Buyers.

~DebFromDallas: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DebFromDallas: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DebFromDallas: For that I would say one out of five.
