GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-bcslega: My nephew who not speaks english paid for an XRay (Ricardo Villalobos) equipment and its delivery, but after a month waiting, per my nephews 's request I contact the seller trying to find out why he had delay more than ** days to ship the item. The seller (Parnell) said friday the item was deliver but not send any tracking number or proof, on tuesday the buyer send emails asking what happen, and seller said he still has not ship the item, giving lies and all type of excuses . My nephew gave notice to ebay, and on wednesday the seller send an extremly rude email, coursing my nephew and me, which my my nephew send to ebay as proof. Yesterday in the night the seller, send another email saying he is willing to send the item as long as my nephew PAYS MORE for the delivery. Even though my nephew wants the item, in order for him to avoid more losses and damages, but if the seller is not willing to honor the terms and conditions stipulated on e bay, which were the $**** and something for the item plus $*** for the delivery.Then my nephew wants the reimburse of all the amounts he paid a month and a half ago.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-bcslega: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-bcslega: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
GetHuman-bcslega: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
