~COURTNEY K: I ordered a couch and loveseat in February. I was told the item was on backorder till march. I was finally contacted April ** saying the item would be delivered in *-* days. I was on vacation and did not get the email. They sent me an email saying that I had ** hours to call and set up delivery or the item would be salvaged and I could not be refunded the money. I got back from vacation and saw the emails and had missed the ** hour threat * day late. I contacted them and was told that I would not be given a refund and that the item had already been salvaged. I have filled a police report, BBB report, Consumer Affairs report, now I am trying to let you know of their scam. Buyer beware!
