GetHuman-340520: Ordred * parts on ** April ****. One was on B*O. While waiting for this part they lost one of the other partrs in their warehouse. B*O par was initiall list so reordered on ** May ****. These folks are resellers for OWM parts. They have no way of tracking items. All parts were in stock at Charbroil on ** June **** so I reordered from them and cancelled the eReplacement order. Really poor service and I have been using them for many years. Never again.
