~epi: I had to press * a LOT of times, even though it kept repeating its thing. That may be where people are having problems. The rep I spoke with was very understandable and went above and beyond, helping me with even more than what I called about! (I called on a Monday around *pm Central)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eTrade. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eTrade problem?
~epi: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~epi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~epi: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eTrade customers?
~epi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eTrade to know who you are.
