~KatzTailz: OMG! A real human being answer my call on the second ring. No answering system playing ** questions. A real, honest to goodness, native speaking American. Not only that, he knows his products. No putting you on hold for ** minutes while he searches for someone who knows something. He knows his business! Thank you iGo for really taking customer service seriously.
