GetHuman-185647: As far as I'm concerned, this company is not only lacking in technological know-how but they are also uconcerned that a customer is upset with their service. I signed up with them to research a problem I was having with the installation of a program from Windows which I needed to open Power Point Emails.*I had to agree to sign up for a one year maintenance contract to get them to help but at the time, I thought it was a fair deal. The tech assigned to me spent about * hoiurs with me on my compuer. I won"t list all of the actions he took but at the end of the * hours, I was able to open power point emails. It was the next day that I found that the computer access time was really degraded. For example, normal access time to get on the net had been approximately a little over a minute. After the tech from iyogi had done his thing, it took upwards of ** miutes to get on the net. I tried to find the problm on my own but, after * days of pulling my hair out, I contacted a stateside software
